Members of Kannada Development Authority met Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today in New Delhi. They submitted the memorandum registering the KDA opposition to the Centralized recruitment system for the banks across the country. They said it is unscientific and not sensitive to regional aspects of the country.

Marulasiddappa, Chairman, Kuvempu Bhasha Bharathi Academy and Renowned Kannada Writer Dr. Siddalingaiah, Renowned Kannada Writer, Ex-Member of Legislative Council, Dr. B. Jayashree, Ex MP Rajyasabha,  Smt. B.T. LalithaNayak, Ex Minister, Renowned Kannada Writer. Dr. Mukhyamanthri Chandru, Ex-MLC, Dr. L. Hanumanthaiah, Ex-Member of Legislative Council, Renowned Kannada Writer, Dr. Manu Baligar, Chairman, Kannada Sahithya Parishat, Sri. Ravindra B.S., Retired Officer of State Bank of India, and Sri. Narayana Raichuru, Retired Officer of RBI, Dr. K. Muralidhara, Secretary, KDA, Bengaluru were present.
