His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Nahyan Al Nahyan launched MOTO, the “Made in UAE” energy drink, for the South India market today in Bengaluru. Following its successful launch in North India last year, MOTO, owned by Foodco Food Trading, is looking at a bigger pie of the Indian market.

The launch was presided over by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Nahyan Al Nahyan and the group CEO - Mr. Saif Al Kaabi.

Speaking at the event, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, said, “There is more to UAE than oil. Our endeavour is to showcase to the world our expertise in diverse fields, such as lifestyle as well as food and beverages. MOTO’s launch in India, particularly in the South, is a major milestone in our global growth strategy. We look forward to a long-term partnership with India.”

Mr Saif Al Kaabi, group CEO, Foodco Food Trading, further added, “MOTO is currently available in 33 countries across the globe. This success in the international market in such a short span of time can be chiefly attributed to the combination of a finely tuned product and robust marketing strategies. Our emphasis is on positive energy and positive lifestyle, with a positive outlook.”
