Diwali is a festival of lights, eliminating darkness bringing forth positivity and happiness for everyone. With this belief in mind, Mantri Square celebrated the onset of the festival by hosting a group of 25 enthusiastic children from Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled. The objective of the mall was to provide a platform for the kids to not just showcase their talent in front of a larger audience, but also feel included in the festivities of Diwali.

Speaking on the occasion, Nitin Bir, Mall Head, Mantri Square said, “Diwali is a festival of love and joy. This year the theme for mall décor and activities is Diwali Mela and taking this a notch further was inviting Samarthan Trust for the Disabled to perform at the mall. The objective was to bring smiles on the faces of the special children by providing them a platform where they could exhibit their talent and prove to the world that they are indeed special. It was a very humbling experience engaging with the NGO and we look forward to organising more such events in future.”
