The scintillating evening started off with a glamourous opening dance sequence by the contestants. It was fun filled glamourous evening with music, fashion and dance! In the grand finale, 55 super-stylish shortlisted contestants battled it out to become the next glamour icons.
Dino Morea, the Bollywood superstar and supermodel crowned the winners of Phoenix Marketcity Best Runway Model - Kumar Shivam & Nidhi Ratan . Other honorable judges present were Haider Khan – India’s leading Photographer, Abhinav Khare - CEO, Asianet News Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and Ritu Mehta VP-Marketing, Phoenix Marketcity Bengaluru. Sandal wood Actor Abhishek Ambarish graced the occasion as a Special guest.
Fashion Guru Prasad Bidapa presented a spectacular fashion show featuring top models of the city. Dubai based choreographer, musician and artist Kevin Oliver is the head trainer and choreographer of Phoenix Mega Model Hunt. The other trainers who helped groom these mega models are Zoheb Yusuf, Aviva Bidapa, David Whitbread and Judith Bidapa.
The Phoenix Mega Model Hunt is the most sort after model training program in the country that helps to find the best talent in the city. Phoenix Mega Model Hunt is all about creating a platform for Indian youth where their dreams and aspirations take wings.
The registration links for the contest were posted online in August, and the response was phenomenal. Post the screening process, selected participants were invited to Phoenix Marketcity for an audition where they had to walk the ramp in front of a panel of judges from the fashion world. More than 1000 participants showed up in their stylish best for the auditions and attended grooming sessions. There were 8 categories in total – Runway, Print, Television, Film, Body, Kannada Movie, International Face & Skin.
