Speaking at the NAR-India 10th Annual Convention, Mr. Farook Mahmood, Founder and Managing Director, Silverline Realty, Bengaluru and Founder President and Vice Chairman, NAR-India; said, “The Indian real estate sector is the country’s second largest employer and is slated to grow at 30 per cent over the next decade. Bengaluru is expected to be the most favored property investment destination for NRIs, followed by other cities. It is important that developers work on creating a Happy City – one that creates a favourable environment for residence and employment, on a large scale, to ensure that return on investments as well as demand, remain constant. There are several ways to do that and this forum of the NAR-India 10th Annual Convention is one such where multi-stakeholders can get together and discuss how this goal can be achieved”.
