Kesariya, Bangalore’s first Shekhawati restaurant will be hosting ‘Chaat Festival’ at its brand new outlet in Sadashivnagar from 5th July to 15th July. From Pani Patashas to Papdi chaats, the ten day chaat festival will include a variety of chaats that are perfect for rainy days when hunger pangs strike.
Love to indulge in Gol Gappas? Try the Pani patashas at Kesariya. The spicy and piquant taste of the pani along with the mashed potatoes is a great palate tickler. If you want something crunchy and fried, don’t miss the raj kachori and samosa chole chaat. The crispiness of these fried delicacies and the tangy taste of the filling will warm your heart. If Papdi is your go to snack, try the papdi chaat and palak papdi chaat. The flavour of palak along with the chutneys is not to be missed.
That’s not all! Love all things potato? How about some Aloo tikki chaat? The spicy tikki with some chutney and dahi is sure make you come back for more. For all your fried cravings, there’s Urad dal pakodi chaat and Dahi Gujiya.
Once you are done devouring the chaats, don’t forget to gorge on the scrumptious shekhawati Thaali that is served in quintessential Shekhawati style.
